Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for refunds at Mythic Server.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally only provided if a license key is proven to be defective or inactive and cannot be replaced in a reasonable timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the digital nature of the services, license keys that have been sold and activated are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the software or games.

3. Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID and proof of the issue. We review each request individually.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as credit to your platform balance, at our discretion.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.
